Welcome to the Equalization System


The screens that follow provide a Secure Access Gateway to the New Hampshire Equalization System. If you have not previously logged on to the Equalization System, please call Real Data Corp at 603-669-3822 or 800-578-1540 for assistance before continuing.

Click here to logon through the ValidLogon Secure Access Gateway.
Then enter your municipal username and password.

Please note that the Equalization System is updated every Wednesday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (other days on holiday weeks) and that all users must be off the system during these hours.

JAVA FIX:
In some cases a the EQ menu screen will appear to freeze.
The fix for this is to modify the way java starts on your system.
To download and run this fix, click on Java Init Fix and simply use the Open and/or Run option to execute it.


IE 9 Compatibility Fix:
In some cases a the ValidLogon.net Access Gateway system will not work correctly with MS IE 9.
The fix for this is to modify the IE Compatibility settings to allow those pages to be viewed as if being displayed in a previous version of MS Internet Explorer.
To view instructions, click on Internet Explorer 9 Comparability Settings for ValidLogon and follow the instructions.
